Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival to Tbilisi Airport, where you will be met by the representatives of Concord
Travel Company: Tour Manager and Guide. Transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2
Sightseeing tour of Tbilisi. Trinity Cathedral (the second Millennium), Metekhi Church
(XIII century), Old Tbilisi, Sulpher Baths, Narikala Fortress (V-IV centuries), Sioni
(XIII c.) and Anchiskhati churches (VI century).
Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3
Drive to Kakheti. David Gareji Monastery. Telavi sightseeings.
Overnight in Telavi.
Day 4
Drive Tusheti Province. Abano Pass. Shenako.
Overnight in Shenako.
Day 5
Trekking to Dartlo. Passing along Diklo village and the Pirikita-Alazani gorge to
the village of Dartlo, Village Kvavlo (2100 m).
Overnight in Kvalvo.
Day 6
Trek to village Parsma (1960 m). This is a fascinating mountainous Georgian village.
The houses and towers in this village were built with local stones and have survived
many centuries.Overnight in the camps near the village.
Day 7
Trekking along Pirikita-Alazani Gorge passing some abandoned villages.
Overnight in the camps.
Day 8
Cross the Atsunta Pass (3430 m).
Overnight in the camps.
Day 9
Trekking to Ardoti (1850 m); Mt. Tebulo (4500 m).
Overnight in the camps.
Day 10
Fortress of Mutso; Andaki Valley; Shatili (1400 m);
Overnight in the camps.
Day 11
Back driving to Tbilisi crossing Datvis Jvari Pass (2676m); Aragvi gorge; Mtskheta,
the ancient capital of Georgia, visit Jvari Monastery (6 th c.) and Svetitskhoveli
Cathedral (11 th c.).
Overnight in Tbilisi
Day 12
Free time. Leaving Party and Dinner at the Georgian national restaurant.
Transfer to the Airport of Tbilisi for departure.
